Yeah she looks the part

I wouldnt like to ride her for more than 30mins though

Severe vibration from a 10mm stroker and seizure issues,

this engine was not designed for a bike,

Don't be so boring 2 strokes were never designed to be soft and easy to ride... They were designed to scare and destroy ya

Hi just found this website.
Sorry it's an old thread.

As for the TZR535 bike I built this bike back in 2008.
It runs fine & I have built 6 of these big bore motors now, 535's 485's some in Aprilia RS250 frames, some in others, & All run fine and no vibration or seizures as you mention what so ever!
Not one engine failure to date.

Maybe the ones you talk about with vibration ect weren't built properly?
I take my TZR to the TT races each June & have also rode it in the Classic TT parade lap of Honour, all again with with no problems!

Here it is at Conkerfields at the TT races 2011.

Classic TT lap of Honour 2014.
Probabily the best track day ever.

I am currently in Australia on a working holiday & have just built another 2 Aprilia RS250's fitted with 485 motors for customers.
They are very happy as one bloke $#it himself when he first rode it, as he couldn't string a sentence together.

I make some my own designed parts to go with these motors.
These big bore motors are fine if built correctly.
Their is a great deal of bull-$h1t about these motors.

By the way its a good website.

Best regards

Johnny C.
