The 18" wheels can use the extra cuts avons they supply and also if they want they can fit the TZR running gear to enable TZR tyres and wets

Electrics any standard replacement components - not programmable

Wasn't TZR running gear in a YPVS 350 seen as too much of an advantage a couple of years ago?

Has the club dyno been a bit more accurate lately to keep power at sensible levels? The worry I had was that with it reading so low back in 2010, a bike capable of real world late 65 + bhp could still be tested well under the class limit, even when they were reading almost 15bhp over the top TZR's dyno figures.

A 65bhp 350 with TZR running gear would just clear off from the rest of the field.

I'm a bit out of the loop lately so maybe things have changed. It seemed a pretty unanimous decision by the class, so it's clearly not seen as upsetting the level ground.

Bit of Gaffer tape, couple of cable ties and it will be fine.

Lets not bury our heads in the sand, lets move on and discuss not only this but opening up other options for the future of the YPM series....

Its needs to be discussed now with a view to getting what ever ballot and rules in place by the end of the 2014 race season so who ever wishes to take the route of the changes has plenty of time to source bits or bikes to not only conform to the rules but to allow some development of the items in question certainly buy old and new members alike and also introducing other old Yamaha bikes in such as the RD350 RD400 Air cooled twins which were the forerunners of the class..
